The combination of healthy, clean water and balanced high quality food is the
reason that our trout is appreciated in many regions of France.
In general we cultivate brown trout, rainbow trout and beek trout. From egg to super trouper!!!!
Most are cultivated to a standard of 250-300 gram called “truite portion”.
In general our trout is sold (alive) to other trout farms, fishing ponds and
fish federations.
By selling trout alive and the participation of re-stocking the rivers our trout
farm contributes
to an environmental project.
In cooperation with other fish federations we help repopulate the rivers, lakes and ponds of
the departments Lot, Dordogne and Correze.
We are proud of the fact that we also are participating in a small project
cultivating
Atlantic saumon (salmo salar) at the Blagour.
