On our terrace viewing the Gouffre, you are able to eat natures beauty “brown trout”.

During the summer we serve an healthy, savory day menu, Wednesday through Sunday
lunch.
The menu is based on trout specialties, vegetables of our own garden and
products of the region like the famous cabecou (fresh goat) cheese.
We do like to adapt our menu for children and those who do not like fish.
Opening hours of the restaurant (reservation requested)
• June and septembre : sunday lunch.
• July and August : Wednesday through Sunday lunch plus Saturday evenings.
